Serves 5-6 PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email Ingredients1 Green Bell Pepper1 Yellow OnionChili Powdern(Mild, Hot, or Both)12-16 oz. of Tomato Sauce (depends how saucey you want it)1 Can of Red Kidney Beans2 lbs of lean minced beefTabasco Sauce (optional)Instructions Step 1: Cut the onion and pepper into small pieces and sautee Step 2: Cook meat in a Large pot on med-high while mashing the meat with a spatula Step 3: Once meat is cooked drain the fat from pot Step 4: Place back on stove at low temp. Step 5: Add peppers, onions, sauce, and beans Step 6: Next add 4 Tablespoons of Chili Powder (mild hot or both depending on preference) Step 7: Stir until ingredients are well mixed Step 8: Let it simmer for 1 hour, stirring every 5-10 minutes Step 9: (optional) Add Tobasco to chili for a little extra kick whilst stirring Step 10: Enjoy!
