Instructions

Step 1:

  • Cut the onion and pepper into small pieces and sautee
  • Step 2:

  • Cook meat in a Large pot on med-high while mashing the meat with a spatula
  • Step 3:

  • Once meat is cooked drain the fat from pot
  • Step 4:

  • Place back on stove at low temp.
  • Step 5:

  • Add peppers, onions, sauce, and beans
  • Step 6:

  • Next add 4 Tablespoons of Chili Powder (mild hot or both depending on preference)
  • Step 7:

  • Stir until ingredients are well mixed
  • Step 8:

  • Let it simmer for 1 hour, stirring every 5-10 minutes
  • Step 9:

  • (optional) Add Tobasco to chili for a little extra kick whilst stirring
  • Step 10:
