Step 1:
stew the rhubarb in about 40g of water on the stove with a bit of sugar, until it is tender Step 2:
slice the apples and add to the rhubarb, put them in an oven proof dish and sprinkle with a bit more sugar over it for taste Step 3:
put butter and flour in a bowl and rub together until it resembles bread crumbs then add in the sugar Step 4:
then put the crumble over the rhubarb and apple Step 5:
bake for 10-20 mins on 180degrees until golden Step 7:
serve with hot custard or ice cream 🙂
