Step 1:

  • stew the rhubarb in about 40g of water on the stove with a bit of sugar, until it is tender
  • Step 2:

  • slice the apples and add to the rhubarb, put them in an oven proof dish and sprinkle with a bit more sugar over it for taste
  • Step 3:

  • put butter and flour in a bowl and rub together until it resembles bread crumbs then add in the sugar
  • Step 4:

  • then put the crumble over the rhubarb and apple
  • Step 5:

  • bake for 10-20 mins on 180degrees until golden
  • Step 6:

  • serve with hot custard or ice cream 🙂
