STEP 1:

rhubarb
sugar

stew the rhubarb in about 40g of water on the stove with a bit of sugar, until it is tender

STEP 2:

apple
ice
rhubarb
sugar

slice the apples and add to the rhubarb, put them in an oven proof dish and sprinkle with a bit more sugar over it for taste

STEP 3:

bread
bread crumbs
butter
flour
rum
sugar

put butter and flour in a bowl and rub together until it resembles bread crumbs then add in the sugar

STEP 4:

apple
rhubarb
rum

then put the crumble over the rhubarb and apple

STEP 5:

bake for 10-20 mins on 180degrees until golden

ice
ice cream

serve with hot custard or ice cream 🙂
