Step 1:

  • boil the spinach and drain
  • Step 2:

  • fry the onion with the spices and the garlic in the oil
  • Step 3:

  • when the onions are nice and soft add the spinach
  • Step 4:

  • stir

  • add some soya butter (not too much!)
  • Step 6:

  • add the salt and pepper to taste
