Mix tuna and veggies in bowl and flavour with black pepper and salt.
The black pepper and hints of veg oil gives it a nice flavour and the oil and tomato juice combined acts as your salad dressing.
You can obviously add whatever other greens & veg or cheese you have in the fridge - cucumber, carrots etc. GO WILD!
If it's not the end of the month, you can add some grated cheese
