Bean And Sweetcorn Salad

Great lunch to take into uni

Ingredients

  • 1 small tin of sweetcorn
  • 1 tin of red kidney beans
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • a squirt of balsamic glaze

Method

1. Chop up the tomatoes into chunks.

2. Drain the kidney beans and sweetcorn.

3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

4. Serve with bread to mop up the juices!
