1. Season the chicken and cook it in the oven (according to packaging).
2. Scoop out the avocado onto a bed of rocket and grate some cheese over it.
3. Season with a little salt.
4. Dress the salad.
3. Once the chicken's done, slice it into chunks and mix into the salad.
