Get a small(or large if you want to make a lot) container with a lid. fill the bottom third with olive oil, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and add half a teaspoon of mustard. Depending on the size of the container add more or less mustard and lemon juice to taste.
Shake until mixed and pour over salad - perfect with rocket!!!!
