1. ) Saute 1/4 onion and 1/4 cup of corn in 1 tbs of olive oil. While
2.) Place 1/2 refried beans in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
3.) Layer lettuce over beans.
4.) Once done, later onions and corn over the lettuce.
5.) Pour desired amount of salsa (use as dressing)
6.) Cut up a 1/4 of an avocado and layer over salsa.
7.) Top everything off with a dollop of plain greek yogurt (a healthy alternative to sour cream).
