1) mix all of the ingredients
2) make dressing by mixing oil and vinegar
3) drizzle dressing over oil
4) optional : add grilled chicken strips (see my other recipes)
A healthy yet super tasty supper for one, simply adjust quantities for more!
"slata mechwia" served cold and ideal for summer!
Much tastier than a doner kebab and cheaper!
