1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and peppers. Fry until soft. 2. Add cabbage, spice and salt, fry for few minutes at a low heat and don't over cook. 3. Add pepper to taste and allow it to cool. Then add pineapple, and serve.
Just a couple of ingredients and a small bit of time stand between you and this white sauce pasta! 1...2....3.... COOK!
Its got onion, it's got cabbage and, yes, it's fried!
Cheap and quite easy - serves 2
A buttermilk marinade tenderizes the chicken and helps create a crisp, flaky crust while frying.
Nice and easy fried rice for lunch :)
