1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and peppers. Fry until soft. 2. Add cabbage, spice and salt, fry for few minutes at a low heat and don't over cook. 3. Add pepper to taste and allow it to cool. Then add pineapple, and serve.
Its got onion, it's got cabbage and, yes, it's fried!
Cheap and quite easy - serves 2
Nice and easy fried rice for lunch :)
A buttermilk marinade tenderizes the chicken and helps create a crisp, flaky crust while frying.
