1. Scoop out the avocado and slice up the mozzarella
2. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl
3. Add a dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
3. Get your hands in there and mix it up
Try get a roast chicken, they're usually reduced later in day, it's a lot nicer and you don't have to cook anything.
