traditional balsamic vinigarette

a great salad dressing

Ingredients

• 1. garlic olive oil
• 2. extra virgin olive oil
• 3. whole grain mustard
• 4. balsamic vinegar
• 5. salt and pepper (preferably freshly ground)

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. mix together the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and garlic olive oil. There should be roughly 2 tablespoons of oil (1 tablespoon of garlic oil & 1 tablespoon of extra virgin oil)to every 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

STEP 2:

2. mix in 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard and a little salt and pepper.

STEP 3:

3. drizzle on top of your favourate salad and enjoy!
