scrummy scones

Ingredients

• 400g self raising flour
• 100g butter
• 200mls of milk or 4 eggs
• 60g sugar/ caster
• and extras. e.g. cherrys, sultanas, raisens, cheese.. etc… optional

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. turn oven on to 180 degreese

STEP 2:

2. greese tin

STEP 3:

3. add flour and butter and sugar in to a mixing bowl and crumble

STEP 4:

4.add ant extras (optional)

STEP 5:

5. add 7 table spoons of liquin in. bind together

STEP 6:

6. flour a sirface and pat out mixure about 1 inch thick.

STEP 7:

7. cut out mixture and put on try. repet untill there is none left.

STEP 8:

get a bursh and with the liquid left baste the top

STEP 9:

8. put in oven around 15 – 20 minutes till brown on top.
