Step 2: 2) Heat the pan and put butter/olive oil in it. Pour the two-thirds of the egg in. Step 3: 3) Then, sprinkle: diced peppers, diced mushrooms, diced tomatoes, grated cheese and shredded chicken. Step 4: 4) Add salt to taste. Step 5: 5) Then pour the remaining one-third of the egg over the omelette in the pan. Let it cook for a while. Step 6: 6) Enjoy!
