Step 1:

  • 1) Use three eggs and mix them up in a bowl.
  • Step 2:

  • 2) Heat the pan and put butter/olive oil in it. Pour the two-thirds of the egg in.
  • Step 3:

  • 3) Then, sprinkle: diced peppers, diced mushrooms, diced tomatoes, grated cheese and shredded chicken.
  • Step 4:

  • 4) Add salt to taste.
  • Step 5:

  • 5) Then pour the remaining one-third of the egg over the omelette in the pan. Let it cook for a while.
  • Step 6:

  • 6) Enjoy!
