Smoked Mackerel Pâté

A delicious pâté that can be used as a starter or a dip at any dinner party!

Step 1:

  • 1. Remove skin and any bones from mackerel fillet and break into pieces.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Add cheese, lemon juice, worcester sauce (if using) and season with black pepper.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Mash well with a fork until combined and smooth or blitz in a food processor.
