Step 1: 1. Remove skin and any bones from mackerel fillet and break into pieces.
Step 2: 2. Add cheese, lemon juice, worcester sauce (if using) and season with black pepper.
Step 3: 3. Mash well with a fork until combined and smooth or blitz in a food processor.
Step 5: serve with oatcakes/crackers or toasted wholemeal bread!
