1. Cut the Bacon into strips, squeeze the sausage meat out of the sausages (if using)

2. Heat some oil in a frying pan over a medium heat until sizzling slightly

3. Put the bacon strips and sausage meat into the pan and cook until done how you like it, stirring constantly to break up the sausage meat into a crumbly mixture.

4. Drain any fat out of the pan.

5. Once bacon and sausages are cooked, add the beans and heat until bubbling (this shouldnt take long, only about 20 – 30 seconds)

6. Break the egg into a mug and whisk it up

7. Pour the egg into the pan and stir constantly until you can see pieces of white egg in the mixture.
Step 8:
8. Pour into a bowl and enjoy! (serve with some toast if desired!)
