Step 1:

  • 1. Cut the Bacon into strips, squeeze the sausage meat out of the sausages (if using)
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Heat some oil in a frying pan over a medium heat until sizzling slightly
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Put the bacon strips and sausage meat into the pan and cook until done how you like it, stirring constantly to break up the sausage meat into a crumbly mixture.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Drain any fat out of the pan.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Once bacon and sausages are cooked, add the beans and heat until bubbling (this shouldnt take long, only about 20 – 30 seconds)
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Break the egg into a mug and whisk it up
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Pour the egg into the pan and stir constantly until you can see pieces of white egg in the mixture.
  • Step 8:

  • 8. Pour into a bowl and enjoy! (serve with some toast if desired!)
