Avocado Explosion!

Avocado slices on toast, with a sprinkle of black pepper

Ingredients

• 1 avocado
• 2 slices of brown bread
• peanut butter
• ground black pepper
• salt

Instructions

STEP 1:

Spread some peanut butter on each of the slices of brown bread.

STEP 2:

cut the avocado into reasonably thin slices and arrange then parallel to each other on the slice of brown bread.

STEP 3:

season to taste with black pepper and salt.
