Bean Cookies

Ingredients

  • 220g Butter beans(drained)
  • 250g Dove farm gluten free flour SR
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 30g light brown sugar
  • 2tbs Streamline strawberry jam
  • 1 Egg
  • 100ml (depends on thickness of mix) Soya milk
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • marshmellows

Method

blend beans, egg, vanilla, jam, sugar together add flour and baking powder. add soya until mix it workable.

seperate into however many cookies you want, tear up marshmellows and push into cookie dough

put in prehaeted 180 fan over for 20min, eat hot or warm!
