Belgian Fudge Cake

For chocoholics!



  • 8oz Butter
  • 4 tblsp Golden syrup
  • 16oz Crushed digestives
  • 2oz any type of nuts
  • 4oz Glace cherries (optional)
  • 10oz Plain chocolate


Melt together the butter and golden syrup firstly, then mix in all of the rest of the ingredients over a low heat.

Pour the chocolately goodness into a bread loaf tin and leave to cool in the fridge-leave overnight for the best results!
