1.) place the chicken on one slice of bread and cover with the lettuce.
2.) on the other piece of bread, cover it with cheese and toast till it has all completely melted.
3.) remove from grill, and cover the chicken and lettuce side with salad cream.
4.) place the cheese melted piece on top, with the cheese facing the chicken and lettuce side.
5.) place whole sandwich under the grill and toast till golden brown. Take sandwich out and toast other side.
6.) turn off grill and serve sandwich. Can add extra salad cream to dip the sandwich into. Enjoy :)
