1. Put the bacon under a grill until crispy, making sure to turn over after about 5 mins.
2. Chop up the tomato into thin slices
3. Do the same for the lettuce leaves.
4. Open the bread rolls and lay the rashers on to them evenly
5. Then add the lettuce
6. Then the tomato.
7. Season with a condiment of your choice.
