store cupboard cereal thats good for u and tasty



  • depends on quantity needed. this is about enough for 3-4 servings
  • 2 weetabix (crushed up)
  • 2 large handfulls of porridge oats
  • some raisins
  • some dried apricots (cubed)
  • small amount of nuts
  • tbsp of honey
  • (again add any dried fruit you want)


firstly - crush nuts and put in a bowl with the honey microwave till they honey melts and covers them.

add all the ingrediants to a tub that can be sealed mix them up and add the honey coated nuts when they have cooled. serve with milk, natural yoghurt, sliced fresh fruit or all!!
