Chicken Sandwhich

Ingredients

  • Chicken (any cut as lone as its boneless)
  • Pepper (green, red or yellow)
  • Onion
  • Bread

Method

Cut the chicken into strips. Cook however you prefer (grill/fry - I prefer grilling)

Cut the pepper and onion into strips and cook until soft in a pan.

Once all is cooked, layer onto a slice of bread, slap on the other piece.

I like to add a bit of salad cream or garlic mayo. Great as a snack, or with chips, but wedges are best with it for a meal.
