A french and simple dish



  • 2 patatoes
  • oil for frying
  • ketchup or mayonese


Peel and chop the potatoes into finger shapes

then fry them

put on a tissue or an old newspaper to let the extra oil out

now serve in plates with tomato ketchup or chili sauce or mayonese.
