Slice okra (ladyfingers) in to long vertical strips.
in a bowl add gram flour, redd chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
add adequate amount of water to make clear paste.
drop the okra (ladyfinger) slices into the mixture.
carefully pick up one strip at a time and put in hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
