1. Butter 2 slices of bread
2. Slice sufficient cheese
3. Grill bread, butter side up, until sufficiently brown and crispy
4. Turn over, add cheese to the unbuttered side, and put back under grill until melted
5. Put cheesy sides together to make a sandwich and slice in half, and that's it! :)
I dip mine in ketchup or BBQ sauce, but that's optional :)
You could also microwave up some beans with the cheese and use that instead, if you prefer your sandwiches a little messier ;)
