Fireside Antojitos

Spicy, Cheesy Pinwheels!



  • 2 Packages Cream Cheese
  • 6 Large Tortilla Shells
  • 1/4 Cup Red Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Green Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar or Marble Cheese, Shredded


Mince Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Green Onions and Jalapeno Peppers

Add Vegetables and Cream Cheese to a medium-sized bowl. Beat on medium with a hand mixer. Spread on tortilla shells, adding cheddar cheese on top. Roll tortillas and wrap with plastic wrap. Leave in fridge to set for 1 hour. Bake in the oven on 425 for 8-15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then chop into appetizer-sized pieces. Makes about 42 pieces.
