Fried Granola

Super easy and tasty 5-minute everyday snack.



  • Rolled oats (instant oatmeal works fine too)
  • butter
  • chocolate chips
  • brown sugar


On the stove, fill a small pan with about half a cup of butter; wait until completely melted. Add as much rolled oats as you want, depending on how hungry you are. Add half a cup of chocolate chips. Wait until melted and evenly coated on the oats to add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. Stir a bit and empty into a bowl. Serve warm.

* it tastes amazing with a bit of milk mixed in, too
