Healthy 'apple Pie'

Super easy and healthier version of apple pie

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of low fat ice cream / greek yoghurt

Method

1. Core the apple and then cut into slices.

2. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

3. Place on plate and put in microwave for 30s.

4. Voila! Top with greek yoghurt or low fat ice-cream.
