Healthy Marmite On Toast

  • bread
  • butter/spread
  • marmite
  • garlic
  • cucumber
  • olive oil


Lightly toast bread. Spread with butter/spread and marmite. Cut up one clove of garlic *very thinly* (or you'll eat big chunks of it and probably choke) and cover the toast with it. Then cover with slices of cucumber, and drizzle with olive oil. Sounds odd, but just try it.
