Boil milk stirring continuously . When it is about to boil add lemon juice and turn off the flame after 30 seconds and continue stirring it .Drain that milk after it is on room temperature through kitchen towel . Squeeze excess of milk , sprinkle some salt on top and tightly wrap it in the kitchen towel .Hang it somewhere for 20-30 minutes.Enjoy !!
