First,pour the eggs in a pan with oil and scramble it.
add the tomatoes, onions and curry leaves and fry it until cooked.Add salt and pepper. Keep it aside.
take the slice of cheese and place the filling and fold it into a won ton ( put the filling in the centre of the cheese and fold the corners of the cheese inwards and stick it ).Cover the won ton with tomato sauce if desired.
Yummy scrambled egg in an indian style...which e also call egg bhurji
a tasty snack on its own, or part of a meal :)
