Italian Bread

Made from basically nothing, really delicious



  • 220ml water
  • 250g flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • parmesan
  • olive oil


Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and grease baking tray.

Add flour, baking powder and salt to the water and stir together.

Place dough on a floured surface and knead into a ball.

Put dough onto baking tray, cover your hands in oil and spread the dough out to the corners of the tray.

Rub the top and sides in oil and season top with salt, pepper and garlic.

Bake until almost done.

Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven until melted.

Eat while hot.

    gorgeous bread, lovely with mixed herbs sprinkled over the top
    make sure you use self raisning flour!
