Mug Brownie

5 minute brownie in a mug!



  • 4 table spoons of flour
  • 4 table spoons of sugar
  • 2 table spoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 table spoons of milk
  • 3 table spoons of oil
  • 1 mug


Mix the cocoa, flour and sugar ( with a knife is best)

then add the egg, milk and oil and keep mixing.

put the mix in the mug, in the microwave for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.

spoon out and enjoy!!

    It overflowed only a few seconds after putting it in the microwave, it was tasteless and i put 3 tablespoons of sugar in it!! Disgusting.

    Its good, a little eggy but tastes good and i would make it again i put a little milk on top very good :)

    I did mine it was delicious but it rised really high me and my sis were full eating it!
