Mix the cocoa, flour and sugar ( with a knife is best)
then add the egg, milk and oil and keep mixing.
put the mix in the mug, in the microwave for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.
spoon out and enjoy!!

I think that these are great , easy and quick to make and highly recommend them to any one who wants a fast delishious dessert
Loved this l put in extra chocolate and used self raising flour
It overflowed only a few seconds after putting it in the microwave, it was tasteless and i put 3 tablespoons of sugar in it!! Disgusting.
What kind of flour?
What kind of oil?
Is there any alternative for eggs?
Didn't taste of anything. Wouldn't recommend it.
