PB & Banana Muffins

5 ingredients. / Serves: 4 / Nutritional info: There's no flour, milk or sugar in this recipe. Can use other versions of peanut butter like almond butter.



  • 3 ripe banana
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract


1. Combine all ingredients together, until smooth

2. Spoon mixture into muffin tin or can use muffin patty.

3. Put into oven for 15 minutes at 400 F or 180 C

4. Use a knife or skewer to test the muffins, if it comes out clean, it's ready
