Cut your muffin in half
spread each half with tomato puree, pile on veg here if you have some in.
put slices or grated cheese on top
Put under grill for a few minutes until cheese has melted.
Not mch gd.
We made this in class but we just used cheese and tomato puree on a muffin and toasted it really yum
Love this snack :) I find it tasty enough with just cheese and tomato puree. I wouldn't suggest using reducet fat cheese though, that turned out quite badly!
