Prawns Koliwada

crispy and yummy recipe / Serves: 4 / Nutritional info: very healthy as it contains carom seeds


  • prawns
  • gram flour
  • rice flour
  • refined flour
  • salt
  • carom seeds
  • red chilli powder
  • turmeric powder
  • water
  • oil for deep fry


Take gram flour, rice flour and refined flour in a big bowl. Add salt, carom seeds, chilli powder and turmeric powder and some water. Make a thick mixture. Add the prawns pieces to it , Mix it well. Deep fry it in hot oil. Serve it with coriander chutney.
