STEP 1:

coriander
flour
gram flour
ice
oil
prawns
rice
rice flour
salt
turmeric

Take gram flour, rice flour and refined flour in a big bowl. Add salt, carom seeds, chilli powder and turmeric powder and some water. Make a thick mixture. Add the prawns pieces to it , Mix it well. Deep fry it in hot oil. Serve it with coriander chutney.
