1. Mix together Mayo - Garlic powder and add a pinch of salt. This will make the Jalapeno sauce. Put this in the fridge till later.
2. Cut up chicken into tiny pieces, as much or as little chicken as you want. One breast was fine for me! Coat this in oil, salt & pepper and fry. When almost cooked, add some of the Jalapeno sauce.
3. On a flat pan, put on low heat and place a tortilla inside. Put 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of different cheese and one slide of processed cheese broken up. Spread it over half the tortilla, then add 1/4 of the chicken, and spread some of the Jalapeno sauce.
4. Fold this in half and fry both sides until cheese has melted.
5. Cut into 3-4 pieces.
