Spring Rolls

Vegetarians and Vegans just skip the chicken. / Serves: 1


  • One cup chicken breast cut into centimeters
  • Half cup Cabbage chopped
  • Half cup Carrot grated
  • Half Cup Sweet Corn
  • Half cup green peas
  • 2 cloves garlic – chopped
  • Half cup oil (Quantity includes for fry and filling)
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Half bunch spring onion
  • Salt – as per taste
  • ½ spoon chilli flakes (optional)
  • Black pepper powder – as per taste
  • Spring roll sheets




Take 3tbsp oil in a pan, when oil is heated, put the copped garlic, when the garlic turns slightly brown, add the chicken, black pepper powder, salt and 1 tbsp of soy and saute well. When the chicken is cooked add spring onions, saute for 30-40 seconds, add all the vegetables, chilly flakes and left over soy saute till cooked.


Place 1 spoon of the filling in a spring roll sheet and roll. When you have made all the rolls, place them in a tray or box separating each layer with cling wrap and freeze it for later use. You can move it from the tray or box into storage zipper bags after an overnight freezing to avoid space consumption in your freezer

You can fry or bake whenever required. Easy and handy. Put in efforts once a month and eat delicious food every day.
