Tuna Pate

Ingredients

  • 200g tinned tuna (drained)
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp horseradish sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • Serve with ciabatta, toast or baguette and lemon wedges if desired

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a food processer and blend well, but still retain some texture (you could do it with a spoon or hand whisk if you are prepared to work for it)

2. Place in a dish and chill.
