Basic Tomato Soup

Published Monday, 08 August, 2011 by David

  • one tinned tomatoes(chopped
  • double cream
  • dried basic or mixed dried herb is fine
  • salt pepper

boil the tinned tomatoes in a pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes, take off the heat and blend and sieve into a new pan adding the herbs. stir back on the heat adding double cream to get which consistency you like. add salt and pepper to your required taste. tastes just as good as the tinned brands also try with fresh tomatoes.
