Creamy carrot soup

Ingredients

  • 6 carrots
  • 200ml of cream
  • vege stock cube

Method

1. boil the carrots in stock

2. remove all stock liquid

3. blender carots

4. add cream

5. add a little bit of stock (less=thicker)

6. Enjoy

it can take some getting used to but i like it

    This soup will be too bland and sweet without salt pepper more stock cubes and every soup starts with frying an onion first, thats in every basic soup recipe you will ever find
