Firstly cube your potato into 1cm cubes (you can peel it if you wish)
then slice your leek into about the same sized pieces.
add the butter to a pan
then when it has melted add the potato and leek.
let that brown off and cook through and add your salt and pepper to taste.
once that has cooked turn the heat up and add the can of chicken soup.
once it starts to boil take it off the heat and serve.
it makes a large portion, so if you have some toast with it it will easily serve two.
for a little surprise try sprinkling pumpkin seads on the top. Makes it look a bit posh haha.
