If you're feeling under the whether. Make this soup, but add 2 cloves garlic (minced or chopped is best), 1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp chilli powder, a pinch of cinnamon, and a little lemon juice. It's easy in the throat, gets all the nutrients in, and really clears up the sinuses. It's pretty easy to make as well!
