K.I.A. Soup: Vegetables

A vegetable soup made by me



  • 1- water ( get 6 cups)
  • 2- stock (both vegetable and chicken stock work)
  • 3- vermicelli (call it noodles if you want)
  • 4- mushroom
  • 5- sweet corn
  • 6- bell pepper (optional)
  • 7- pepper
  • 8- onion (one small piece)
  • 9- one clove garlic
  • 10- olives (optional)
  • 11- chickpeas (optional)


1- cut bell pepper, pepper, and onion to small pieces.

2- smash the garlic to a soft paste.

3- cut olives into round pieces.

4- boil water in the kettle.

5- while water is boiling, put a big pot on the stove.

6- when water boils in kettle, put in into the pot. (take care: the hot water put on hot pot will release much hot vapor)

7- add the stock.

8- add the vegetables (mushroom, corn, bell pepper, pepper, onion, garlic, olive, chickpeas.)

9- add salt and spices.

10-stir well.

11- add noodles (you could add indomie and/ or macaroni.)

12- when noodles soften, remove pot from the stove.

13- enjoy! :)
