Pea Soup

Tasty soup for lunch

Ingredients

  • Frozen peas- Around 200g
  • Onion (or a few spring onions) x 1
  • Garlic x 1 clove
  • Chicken or vegetable stock- About a mug full
  • Salt + pepper
  • Oil

Method

1. Chop onions and garlic

2. Fry onions and garlic in saucepan

3. Add stock and bring to boil

4. Add peas and simmer for 5 mins

5. Bring off boil and blend with a hand blender ( or cool and put in a food processor)

6. Season and serve
