Ingredients

  • Dry pasta
  • Mushrooms (a handful- sliced)
  • Peppers (chopped- as many as you like)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Pepperomi
  • Passata
  • Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in a pan

  2. Meanwhile brown the onions, then add the mushrooms and peppers. (Add any other veg of your choice if u wish)

  3. Add the passata to make a sauce and simmer for about 5-10 mins. Any chilli powder to taste.

  4. Add the pepperomi slices and leave for another couple of minutes.

  5. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.

  6. Serve pipping hot.
