Step 1:

  • Finely chop the onion, and saute until brown and caramalised.
  • Step 2:

  • Finley chop Jalapenos and Chillis and saute on a medium heat for 10 minutes.

  • Mix the sugar, vinegar, celery seeds, salt and pepper. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Step 5:

  • Add onions, chillis and jalapenos.
  • Step 6:

  • Finally, add tomoatoes and mix thouroughly. Place in a jar and keep in the fridge.
