Step 1: Finely chop the onion, and saute until brown and caramalised.
Step 2: Finley chop Jalapenos and Chillis and saute on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Mix the sugar, vinegar, celery seeds, salt and pepper. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Step 5: Add onions, chillis and jalapenos.
Step 7: Finally, add tomoatoes and mix thouroughly. Place in a jar and keep in the fridge.
